What You Will Do
As an ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR - Principles Of Management, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Principles of Management, including lecture preparation, delivery, and assessment.
- Advising students on academic and career-related matters, including helping them to develop their research skills and interests.
- Contributing to academic administration, including curriculum development, course evaluation, and departmental meetings.
- Engaging in research and publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop new courses and programs.
- Representing the department and university at conferences, seminars, and other events.
- Participating in departmental and university-level committee work.
- Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
- Engaging in industry-academia collaboration and outreach activities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR role, you must have a PhD in Management from a recognized university. Industry experience is preferred but not essential. You should have a strong publication record, with a minimum of two publications in peer-reviewed journals. Your teaching experience should include undergraduate and postgraduate courses, with a focus on Principles of Management.
