Sneha Doon Academy in Dehradun seeks a dedicated professional to lead our music program as a Music Teacher. This role involves guiding students through creative expression while ensuring alignment with our educational vision. A graduate with at least two years of experience in music-related administration or leadership is ideal for this position.
To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is preferred for administrative oversight. While TET/CTET certifications are not mandatory, they will be considered favorably if held.
In this role, you will oversee curriculum planning, coordinate extracurricular music activities, and collaborate with faculty to integrate arts education. You’ll also manage budgetary aspects of the program, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Leadership in student performances and workshops will be a key responsibility, fostering creativity while maintaining academic standards.
Your experience in event coordination, teacher mentorship, or program development will be highly valued. A passion for music and a structured approach to nurturing young talent are essential.
