Role Introduction
Sneha Doon Academy in Dehradun, Uttarakhand is hiring an NTT Hindi Teacher. The position is full‑time and focuses on delivering the Hindi curriculum to school students.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the school’s syllabus.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and audio‑visual material to enhance learning.
- Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records.
- Provide remedial support to students who need additional help in language skills.
- Encourage reading, writing and speaking activities that develop fluency and confidence.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and school events.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom while fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Keep up‑to‑date with Hindi literature and pedagogical methods.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑subject projects where appropriate.
- Ensure timely submission of attendance, lesson plans and progress reports.
Qualification, Experience, Salary, Location
The candidate must be a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification; TET/CTET certification is preferred. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the school level is required. The salary offered is Rs.13,000 – Rs.22,000 per month. The role is based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, with a full‑time employment contract.
