What You Will Do
Teach advanced courses in Corporate Governance, Ethics, and Regulatory Frameworks to postgraduate students at Tulas Institute. Design and deliver lectures that integrate theoretical frameworks with real-world case studies from Indian and global corporate environments.
Develop and lead research projects on emerging governance issues such as ESG compliance, board diversity, and digital governance in Indian enterprises. Publish findings in high-impact journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
Supervise doctoral scholars pursuing Ph.D. in Corporate Governance, ensuring timely progress and adherence to UGC norms. Guide students in publishing research papers and presenting at national and international conferences.
Contribute to curriculum development by introducing new electives such as Sustainable Governance and Compliance Technology. Collaborate with industry partners in Uttarakhand for live projects and internships.
Organize seminars, workshops, and panel discussions on corporate governance reforms and policy advocacy. Engage with regulatory bodies like SEBI and MCA to bridge academic insights with policy formulation.

A monthly salary ranging from Rs.70,000 to Rs.120,000, as per UGC norms for Professor positions. Additional research grants are available for sponsored projects and conference participation.

Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Corporate Governance, Finance, Management, or a closely related discipline is mandatory. Post-doctoral research or industry experience in governance consulting is highly desirable.
Candidates must have qualified UGC-NET or CSIR-NET with JRF, or hold a Ph.D. from a recognized Indian university as per UGC regulations. Minimum 6 years of teaching and research experience in corporate governance at the university level is required.
Publications in Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals on governance topics are essential. Experience in guiding M.Phil. or Ph.D. students under UGC guidelines is preferred.
