Who Can Apply
PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security from a UGC-recognized university is mandatory. Minimum six years of full-time teaching or research experience in cyber security is required. Industry experience in SOC, penetration testing, or compliance (ISO 27001, NIST) is highly preferred.
Publications in Scopus/WoS indexed journals on malware analysis, digital forensics, or secure coding are desirable. Experience with NSF, DRDO, or MeitY funded projects adds value.
