Role Summary

Mentor junior faculty and guide Ph.D. scholars in their thesis work under Tulas Institute’s doctoral program. Develop case studies from Dehradun’s hospitality, tourism, and IT sectors to enrich classroom discussions.
Organize workshops and guest lectures with digital marketing leaders from Delhi NCR and Mumbai. Curate industry-linked capstone projects for final-year MBA students, ensuring real-world problem solving. Integrate Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, and HubSpot certifications into curriculum delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
Ph.D. in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, or allied fields from a recognized university is mandatory. Post-doctoral research or industry experience in digital advertising agencies is preferred. Candidates must have cleared UGC-NET with JRF or hold an equivalent qualification recognized by UGC norms.
Minimum six years of full-time teaching experience at the Assistant Professor level or above in a university or autonomous college. Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and publish in peer-reviewed journals is essential. Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation platforms is desirable.
