About This Role
We invite applications for the position of PROFESSOR in the Department of Food Technology at Tulas Institute. The successful candidate will lead the department and contribute to the development of our academic programs in Food Technology.

What You Will Do
* Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Food Technology, including Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, and Food Processing.
* Advise students on academic and career-related matters, and mentor research projects.
* Conduct research in Food Technology, publish papers in peer-reviewed journals, and present at conferences.
* Participate in departmental and institutional academic administration, including curriculum development and departmental committees.
* Collaborate with industry partners to develop new courses and programs in Food Technology.
* Develop and maintain industry partnerships, and engage in outreach activities to promote the department.
* Supervise Ph.D. students in Food Technology, and contribute to the development of the department's research agenda.
* Participate in departmental and institutional initiatives to promote interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria
* Ph.D. in Food Technology or a related field from a recognized university.
* At least 6 years of experience in teaching and research in a university or research institution.
* Industry experience in Food Technology or a related field is preferred.
* Strong research record, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at conferences.
* Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
