Day-to-Day Duties
As a PROFESSOR of Human Resource Management, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Human Resource Management
- Conducting research and publishing papers in reputable journals
- Supervising Ph.D. students and guiding them in their research projects
- Developing and implementing curriculum for the Human Resource Management program
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the university's research and academic initiatives
- Participating in departmental and university-level committees
- Engaging in outreach and community service activities
- Maintaining a strong network of industry partners and stakeholders
- Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in Human Resource Management
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate should possess a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or a related field. A postdoctoral experience is preferred. UGC-NET with JRF is mandatory for Assistant Professor if the Ph.D. is not completed. UGC norms will be followed for university recruitment.
Academic Projects
Tulas Institute encourages collaborative research projects and offers various funding opportunities for faculty members. The selected candidate will be expected to engage in interdisciplinary research projects, publish papers in top-tier journals, and secure research grants. We also have a dedicated team to support faculty members in securing grants from government agencies and private organizations.
Doctoral Guidance
As a PROFESSOR, you will guide doctoral students in their research projects, provide feedback on their thesis, and help them in publishing their research in reputable journals. You will also be responsible for evaluating theses and dissertations of Ph.D. students.
What You Get
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.70,000 - Rs.120,000 per month as per UGC norms. You will also receive research grants to support your research projects.
