Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Industrial Pharmacy, including pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, and manufacturing.
- Conduct research in Industrial Pharmacy, with a focus on innovative formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and present papers at conferences.
- Supervise Ph.D. students in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Participate in curriculum development and review.
- Guide research projects and collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in academic and administrative activities of the department and the university.
- Mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in research projects.
Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Industrial Pharmacy or a related field is mandatory for the post of Professor. Postdoctoral research experience is preferred. The candidate should have a strong research background and a good track record of publications. The candidate should also be UGC-NET qualified with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) or have a similar qualification.
