Tulas Institute is seeking an accomplished PROFESSOR in Management Accounting for its esteemed faculty to contribute to the academic excellence of the University. As a key member of the management faculty, the PROFESSOR will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of management education in Uttarakhand.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management Accounting at Tulas Institute, Dehradun.
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry trends and UGC norms.
- Conduct tutorials, seminars, and workshops to facilitate students' understanding of Management Accounting concepts.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.
- Stay updated with research publications, conferences, and seminars in Management Accounting.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop course materials, research projects, and academic programs.
- Participate in academic committees, such as curriculum review, research promotion, and student welfare.
- Engage in academic exchanges, guest lectures, and industry interactions to enhance student learning experiences.
Master Level Teaching
- Teach master level courses in Management Accounting, such as Advanced Financial Management, Cost Accounting, and Management Control Systems.
- Guide research projects, supervise student research papers, and mentor students for academic and professional growth.
- Foster research culture by encouraging students to participate in research competitions, conferences, and publications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. in Commerce or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks.
- NET/SLET qualified in Commerce or a related field.
- A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and books.
- Proven experience in teaching, research, and industry interactions.
- Familiarity with UGC regulations, state government rules, and Tulas Institute's academic policies.
