Proficiency in modern diagnostic tools such as PCR, ELISA, and next-generation sequencing is essential. Familiarity with digital agriculture platforms and data analysis tools is an added advantage. NET/SLET qualification is required if Ph.D. is not completed, in line with UGC norms.
