What You Will Do
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Strategic Management, including case studies, research methodology, and project management.
- Develop and implement curriculum for new courses and programs in Strategic Management.
- Conduct research in Strategic Management and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Guide postgraduate students in their research projects and dissertations.
- Participate in academic committees and contribute to departmental decision-making.
- Collaborate with industry experts and academics to develop industry-relevant courses and research projects.
- Mentor junior faculty members and contribute to the academic growth of the institution.
- Participate in departmental and institutional events, such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Postgraduate Students
- Teach master level courses in Strategic Management, including Advanced Strategic Management, Strategic Change Management, and Strategic Human Resource Management.
- Guide postgraduate students in their research projects and dissertations, and provide feedback on their performance.
- Supervise postgraduate students in their internship and project work.
Who Can Apply
- A Ph.D. in Strategic Management or a related field from a recognized university with a minimum percentage of 55%.
- NET/SLET qualification in Management or a related field.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals in the field of Strategic Management.
- A minimum of 6 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor or equivalent position.
Learning and Development
- The selected candidate will be required to maintain an API score of 3.0 or above to be eligible for promotion.
- The candidate will be required to pursue ongoing learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest trends and research in Strategic Management.

- A salary of Rs.70,000 - Rs.120,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
