Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Hindi lessons for classes as per the school curriculum, using interactive methods to engage students. Assess student progress through periodic tests, projects and oral evaluations, and provide feedback to parents and senior staff. Participate in staff meetings, co‑curricular activities and school events, supporting the overall academic environment at Spring Field School.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET or CTET, though it is not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the school level, handling diverse student groups and maintaining classroom discipline.
Salary
Rs.12,000 - Rs.22,000 per month, payable as per school policy.
Employment Type
Full‑time, non‑teaching tenure (NTT) position with regular working hours and holidays as per the school calendar.
