PRT Hindi Teacher – Sai Sanskar Public School, Haridwar
Role Introduction
Sai Sanskar Public School in Haridwar is hiring a PRT Hindi Teacher to deliver engaging Hindi lessons to primary classes. The position is full‑time and offers a salary of Rs.12,000 - Rs.20,000 per month.
Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct Hindi language classes for PRT sections, ensuring clear pronunciation and comprehension.
- Prepare and use age‑appropriate teaching aids and visual material for each lesson.
- Assess student understanding through quick oral or written activities and provide immediate feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
- Design and update Hindi curriculum plans in line with state guidelines and school policies.
- Conduct weekly spelling and comprehension tests, recording results and sharing progress with parents.
- Organise interactive activities such as storytelling sessions, poems recitation, and language games.
- Participate in monthly staff meetings and collaborative planning sessions with other teachers.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Prepare termly report cards and detailed performance summaries for each student.
- Lead Hindi cultural events, competitions or exhibitions during festivals and school functions.
- Attend periodic professional development workshops or training programmes related to Hindi pedagogy.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required for teaching positions.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
