- Incorporate multimedia resources and educational apps into daily lessons.
- Mentor students for science fairs and inter‑school competitions in Uttarakhand.
- Participate in faculty development workshops on emerging pedagogies.
- Maintain classroom discipline while fostering a supportive, inquiry‑driven environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross‑subject projects and STEM initiatives.
Qualifications and digital literacy requirements
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a postgraduate degree in Science.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in using Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
Skills for the modern classroom
- Strong command of subject content and ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
