Non-Teaching Teacher (NTT) Position for English in Bankura

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum standards for English language and literature.
2. Conduct classroom instruction, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
3. Engage students through interactive activities, discussions, and creative projects to enhance language proficiency.
4. Assess student performance using standardized and project-based evaluation methods.
5. Collaborate with teachers and school management to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
6. Maintain organized teaching resources, including textbooks, workbooks, and digital materials.
7. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular programs to strengthen communication.
8. Ensure compliance with school policies and maintain professional conduct in all interactions.
To qualify, candidates must hold a graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Three years of relevant teaching experience in English or related subjects is essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
