Maintain records of attendance, grades and progress reports.
Participate in staff meetings, parent‑teacher conferences and school events.
Support co‑curricular activities that promote Bengali language and culture.
Required Skills
Strong command of written and spoken Bengali.
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
Proficiency in using digital tools for classroom instruction.
Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.
Collaborative mindset for working with peers and administrators.
Salary
Rs.25,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, payable as per school policy.
