Role
TGT Computer Science Teacher at Saraswati Devi International School in Bankura I, Bankura, West Bengal.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons for classes 6 to 8, following the state curriculum.
Develop practical projects that integrate programming, hardware basics, and internet safety.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate attendance, attendance, and record of student performance.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum four years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a strong record of classroom management and student engagement.
Salary
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
