4. Provide individual guidance to students struggling with concepts.
5. Coordinate with the senior faculty to align teaching methods across subjects.
6. Maintain laboratory inventory and report any equipment issues.
7. Participate in school meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
8. Mentor junior teachers in effective teaching strategies.
Who can do this job
Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry, B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory. Minimum four years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting. TET/CTET not required but preferred for career growth.
