Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated TGT Physics Teacher to join our team at Narayana E-techno School, Coochbehar. As a Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Physics lessons to students in classes 9-12. You will also be required to assess student progress, provide feedback, and contribute to the development of our Physics curriculum.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons to classes 9-12
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and implement Physics curriculum as per CBSE guidelines
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to discussions on departmental and school-wide issues
- Maintain accurate records of student grades and progress
- Participate in school events and activities related to Physics
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning
- Provide support to students with special needs, as required
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience as a TGT Physics Teacher. A Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field is required, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification preferred. CTET or TET certification is not mandatory, but preferred.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
