Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day admission workflow for Darjeeling Public School, ensuring timely processing of applications, verification of documents and coordination with the admissions committee. Maintain accurate records in the school’s admission database, generate reports, and provide insights for enrollment forecasting. Collaborate with the school administration to organize open houses, school tours and community outreach events in Darjeeling. Handle queries via phone, email and in‑person meetings, offering professional guidance and resolving issues efficiently. Support the development of admission policies, promotional materials and social media outreach to attract diverse student cohorts. Lead the admission team, setting targets, monitoring performance and providing feedback. Work closely with the finance and facilities departments to align admission schedules with resource availability. Ensure compliance with state and national admission guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
