- Manage the school's drumming program, including organizing drumming competitions, events, and festivals.
- Supervise and guide the school's drumming teams, including selection of team members and provision of support and guidance.

- Develop and implement drumming curricula for students.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute school events and activities.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and reports, and communicating with parents and staff.
- Provide leadership and support to the school's drumming teams, including planning and leading rehearsals and performances.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for drumming activities, including ensuring that drums and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Music or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in drumming or a related field is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role.
- The ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents is critical.
