Role Summary
Narayana School Siliguri is looking for a Marketing Executive to drive admissions and brand visibility in Kurseong and surrounding areas. This role will shape how families view the school and directly impact enrolment growth.
Day-to-Day Duties
Create and distribute school brochures, posters, and digital banners in local languages for Kurseong markets.
Organise and attend education fairs, parent-teacher meet-ups, and community events in Darjeeling district.
Coordinate with the admission team to design and publish weekly social media updates highlighting Narayana School Siliguri’s achievements.
Develop referral incentive programs for current parents to recommend the school to neighbours and relatives.
Track enquiry sources using simple spreadsheets and share weekly reports with leadership.
Run small local newspaper advertisements and radio spots in Nepali, Hindi, and English.
Prepare monthly newsletters featuring student success stories and upcoming academic initiatives.
Maintain consistent messaging across all Narayana School Siliguri marketing channels.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in any discipline with minimum three years in school marketing or related fields.
Experience in designing promotional materials and managing social media pages.
Good to Have
Familiarity with local education landscape in Darjeeling and Kurseong.
Basic knowledge of Hindi, English, and Nepali for content creation.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills to present school programs to parents and community leaders.
