Encourage student participation through debates, poems, and cultural activities that reflect local heritage. Coordinate with senior staff for curriculum alignment and contribute to school events celebrating Hindi literature.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably handling classes from primary to secondary levels.
Qualifications
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Possession of TET/CTET certification is preferred. Candidates should have a sound command of Hindi and familiarity with the West Bengal education board requirements.
Salary
Rs.16,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, payable as per school norms.
