2. Prepare detailed lesson plans, assessment tools, and laboratory activities for classes IX to XII.
3. Conduct practical sessions, field excursions, and plant identification workshops.
4. Maintain accurate attendance records, grades, and student progress reports.
5. Mentor students for science competitions and inter‑school exhibitions.
6. Collaborate with fellow teachers on interdisciplinary projects and school events.
7. Update students on latest research, botanical discoveries, and environmental issues.
8. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Botany or related field required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred but not essential. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a secondary school setting, preferably in West Bengal. Ability to conduct laboratory work and field studies is essential.
Salary and Location
