Develop and assess student projects, case studies, and assignments related to business studies, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with the subject coordinator and senior faculty to align teaching methods with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies, resource allocation, and student performance trends.
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports on student achievements, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend school-wide workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching skills in business studies pedagogy.
Coordinate with external businesses or educational institutions for guest lectures, field trips, or industry interactions.
Review and update teaching resources, textbooks, and assessment tools to ensure they remain current and effective.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related discipline with a strong academic background.
Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as per school requirements.
Minimum four years of teaching experience in Business Studies, preferably at the post-secondary level.
A passion for mentoring students and fostering a dynamic learning environment in commerce education.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
