Scope of the role
The teacher manages a full class of Economics, delivering curriculum aligned with state standards. Daily activities include lesson delivery, classroom management, and maintaining a learning environment that encourages analytical thinking. The role also involves coordinating with school leadership on curriculum updates and participating in faculty meetings.
Core academic duties
Instruction of micro and macroeconomics concepts, using real‑world examples from the local economy of Naxalbari and broader West Bengal. Preparation and delivery of engaging lessons that incorporate case studies, current events, and interactive simulations. Continuous monitoring of student progress through quizzes, projects, and class participation.
Assessment and planning duties
Design and administer periodic tests and assignments that reflect the syllabus and learning objectives. Qualification and experience
