Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan, organize, and supervise daily physical education sessions for students from Classes 1 to 12 at Narayana School Darjeeling.
2. Maintain and upgrade sports infrastructure including playgrounds, courts, and indoor facilities in Darjeeling Pulbazar.
3. Lead a team of ground staff and ensure safety compliance during sports activities and events.
4. Coordinate with external coaches and trainers for specialized sports like football, cricket, and athletics.
5. Organize monthly inter-house and inter-school sports competitions under Narayana School Darjeeling’s banner.
6. Prepare monthly reports on student participation, performance, and facility utilization for school administration.
7. Ensure timely procurement and inventory of sports equipment and uniforms for all teams.
8. Collaborate with the discipline and health departments to promote fitness and wellness among students.
