What you need
Graduation in Computer Science, IT, or related field
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with specialization in Computer Science
At least 2 years of teaching experience in primary Computer Science
Familiarity with basic programming concepts for kids
Willingness to work in Kurseong’s hill environment
Nice-to-haves
CTET or TET certification
Experience with Scratch, Tux Paint, or similar tools
Knowledge of local languages like Nepali or Bengali
Skills that matter
Ability to simplify complex topics for young learners
Basic troubleshooting for classroom computers and projectors
Creative lesson planning for mixed-ability classes
Strong classroom management in small-group settings
Good spoken and written English and Hindi
