Key Responsibilities

Mentor three to four junior PRT teachers through weekly classroom observations and reflective feedback sessions. Build their confidence in handling mixed-ability groups in Kurseong’s diverse student population.
Monitor and track student progress using age-appropriate rubrics and portfolios. Share consolidated reports with parents during term-end meetings in the school’s Darjeeling campus.

Required Qualifications
