Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on pedagogical trends and best practices in mathematics education.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering a culture of curiosity and mutual respect. Act as a mentor to students, encouraging them to explore advanced mathematical concepts while building confidence in problem-solving skills. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, discipline, and academic integrity.
Qualification
Hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for the TGT Mathematics Teacher position at Darjeeling Public School. A valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience
