- Participate in Science Teacher Recruitment in West Bengal events, school fairs, and parent‑teacher meetings to showcase student achievements.
- Mentor junior staff and assist in organizing science exhibitions and inter‑school competitions.
- Contribute to the School TGT Science Opening committee by suggesting improvements to teaching methods and resources.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Science with B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET qualification is preferred. Minimum two years of teaching experience at the secondary level is required. Candidates should possess strong classroom management skills and an ability to relate scientific concepts to everyday life in Darjeeling.
