* Manage music resources, including instruments, equipment, and facilities.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school's music program.
* Organize and coordinate music events, festivals, and competitions.
* Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the music program, making recommendations for improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
* Postgraduate degree in Music or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in music education or administration.
* Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
* Familiarity with Indian education system and music curriculum.
Preferred Skills
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in school administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Familiarity with music technology and software.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month.
