Must Have

Familiarity with school-level music curriculum and extracurricular activities
Good to Have
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
Experience in managing school music teams or departments
Fluency in Bengali and English
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Budgeting and financial planning experience
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including students, parents, and staff
