- Plan and deliver lessons to students of Class 11 and 12, covering the entire Bengali syllabus
- Utilize digital resources, including educational apps and websites, to enhance student engagement
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Prepare and submit reports on student performance to parents and management
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
- Participate in school events and activities, promoting cultural and linguistic awareness
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades
- Engage in professional development to stay updated on best teaching practices and technologies
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a post-graduate degree in Bengali, with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is required, with a strong background in Bengali literature and linguistics. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is preferred.

- Digital literacy, with experience in using online teaching tools and platforms
