Mentor junior English teachers through regular classroom observations and feedback sessions. Organize departmental workshops on grammar instruction, essay writing, and oral communication skills. Lead parent-teacher interactions focused on improving student expression and critical reading abilities.
Set internal mock examination papers and evaluate performance trends for the upcoming board cycles. Oversee correction protocols, moderation checks, and feedback loops to ensure consistent marking standards across Narayana School, Bally. Coordinate with the school librarian to expand the senior section’s fiction and non-fiction English titles.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate in English with B.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum five years of full-time English teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Preference for candidates who have cleared NET or SET in English; TET/CTET holders will receive added consideration.
