About This Role
Narayana School, Bally, a leading educational institution in Hooghly, West Bengal, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PRT Mathematics Teacher to join our team.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement engaging Mathematics lessons for students of different skill levels
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages students to explore and understand mathematical concepts
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Conduct regular progress assessments and provide feedback to students
- Participate in staff development programs to improve teaching skills
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution
- 4 years of experience in teaching Mathematics, preferably in a school setting
- Strong understanding of Mathematics and educational pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good to Have
- CTET/TET certification
- Experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary and Benefits
