- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation, discussion, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement the school's Hindi curriculum.
- Organize cultural events, competitions, and literary activities that promote a deeper understanding of Hindi language and culture.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Required Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field, along with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certification. A strong academic record, teaching experience, and proficiency in Hindi language and literature are essential. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
