What you need to start
A postgraduate degree in History or a related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required for teaching positions; TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated passion for history and ability to connect with students. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Willingness to adapt to a dynamic classroom environment.
