4. Organize and coordinate school open days, parent orientation programs, and community outreach events.
5. Liaise with local media, print houses, and digital platforms for brand visibility.
6. Track and report on admission inquiries, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
7. Maintain brand consistency across all Narayana School communication channels.
8. Support the principal and administrative team in strategic decision-making related to admissions growth.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Minimum five years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Spark, and basic graphic design tools. Knowledge of Hindi and English is essential.
Preferred Skills
Experience in school admissions marketing, CRM software, and data analytics tools. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for parent and community engagement. Familiarity with local markets in Howrah and adjacent areas.
What You Get
