NTT Evs Teacher Job in Howrah, West Bengal | School Recruitment

The NTT Evs Teacher will deliver engaging Environmental Studies lessons to young learners at Narayana School. Responsible for planning weekly Evs activities aligned with the NTT curriculum. What You Will Do
1. Plan and conduct weekly Evs sessions for Nursery to Upper KG classes.
2. Prepare low-cost teaching aids using local materials from Bally Jagachha market.
3. Organize nature walks around the school campus and nearby areas.
4. Maintain Evs corner with updated charts, specimens, and student work displays.
5. Conduct simple experiments on water, air, and soil with safety precautions.
6. Assess student understanding through observation and activity sheets.
7. Communicate learning progress to parents during PTMs and informal meetings.
8. Participate in monthly Evs teacher meetings at Narayana School.
9. Contribute to school events like Van Mahotsav and Swachh Bharat campaigns.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
- Minimum 4 years of Evs teaching experience in pre-primary or early primary.
- Fluency in Bengali and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with NTT pedagogy and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Willingness to work in Bally Jagachha and nearby areas of Howrah.
Good to Have
- Valid TET or CTET certificate.
- Experience with digital tools like tablets for storytelling and quizzes.
- Knowledge of local flora and fauna around Howrah.
- Participation in science fairs or environmental projects.
