- Teach Business Studies to students at the senior secondary level, as per the curriculum set by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching methods and technologies.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with parents and guardians to promote student success and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives, such as career guidance and entrepreneurship programs.
- Participate in school events, including parent-teacher meetings and career fairs.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in business education, incorporating new ideas and approaches into your teaching practice.
- Supervise and advise students in their academic and personal pursuits, providing guidance and support as needed.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Studies, or a related field, and a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the TET or CTET.
