Prepare digital worksheets that auto-grade multiple-choice sections, saving time for detailed evaluation of descriptive answers. Organize monthly parent-teacher meets through Zoom, sharing screen recordings of student performance trends generated by the LMS. Collaborate with the IT team to update the mathematics resource library on the school intranet every fortnight.
Conduct Saturday enrichment classes on competitive math topics for students aiming for Olympiads, uploading practice sets and solution videos to Google Drive. Maintain a digital attendance register integrated with the biometric system to ensure accurate records. Attend monthly department meetings where teachers share best practices on using technology to simplify complex concepts.
Who Can Apply
Post-graduates in Mathematics with a minimum of five years of classroom experience at the secondary or senior secondary level are eligible. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory; TET or CTET certification, while not compulsory, will be considered during selection. Prior work in a CBSE or state-board school that adopted digital tools will be advantageous.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in using smart boards, document cameras, and wireless slates to annotate lessons in real time is essential. Experience with Google Classroom, Kahoot, Quizizz, and Desmos is preferred. Ability to create screencasts using OBS Studio or mobile apps to explain solutions step by step will be an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
The monthly gross salary ranges from Rs.44,000 to Rs.70,000 based on qualifications and experience.
