Assign simulation-based lab activities using PhET or similar platforms to verify theoretical concepts.
Maintain a digital portfolio of student performance in Google Sheets, tracking progress in problem-solving speed and accuracy. Collaborate with the ICT team to troubleshoot technical issues during online classes and ensure smooth operation of smart boards and tablets. Share weekly reports on student engagement metrics with the academic coordinator.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Physics with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a NCTE-recognized institution. At least 4 years of teaching experience in Physics at the higher secondary level.
