Who You Will Teach
As a Pprt English Teacher at Narayana School Howrah Uluberia, you will be working with a diverse group of students, each with their unique learning needs and abilities. You will be teaching English to students from Class I to Class X, using a range of teaching methods and materials to engage and support every learner.

What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students of varying abilities, using differentiated instruction to cater to different learning styles.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate.
- Assess student progress and adjust your teaching methods accordingly, using a range of assessment tools and strategies.
- Provide additional support to students who require extra help, whether it be one-on-one or in small groups.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement English language programs that meet the needs of our students.
- Use technology to enhance the teaching and learning experience, where possible.
- Develop and maintain a range of English language resources, including textbooks, worksheets and digital materials.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any areas of concern.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in English language teaching and learning.

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, with a strong background in English language and literature. While a TET or CTET qualification is not essential, it is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits
