PRT Position for EVS Teacher at Bright Star Academy in Jagatballavpur
Bright Star Academy in Jagatballavpur, Howrah, invites applications for a Primary Teacher (PRT) role to teach Environmental Studies (EVS). This full-time position requires a dedicated educator passionate about shaping young minds through hands-on learning in nature and sustainability.
The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging EVS lessons, integrating real-world examples and practical activities. Teaching will span from Class I to V, ensuring age-appropriate content that fosters curiosity about ecosystems, conservation, and civic responsibility. Classroom management, student engagement, and alignment with the school’s curriculum will be key responsibilities.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in EVS or related subjects, will be beneficial. While TET/CTET certification is not strictly required, it will be an advantage.
