What You Will Do
Lead a team of coordinators and support staff to implement Narayana School’s academic calendar and policies.
Monitor classroom observation schedules and ensure adherence to curriculum delivery timelines.
Oversee student attendance, discipline records and parent communication protocols.
Coordinate with the principal for budget planning, resource allocation and infrastructure upkeep.
Conduct regular staff appraisals, training needs analysis and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with CBSE and state education department guidelines.
Maintain clean, child-friendly campus environments across all wings.
Report monthly progress to the management on academic, administrative and extracurricular outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in any discipline
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration or leadership roles
Experience in CBSE-affiliated schools preferred
Good to Have
TET or CTET certification
Prior experience in Howrah or adjoining districts
Familiarity with digital attendance and ERP systems
