Plan and deliver structured English lessons across Class I to XII, ensuring alignment with the CBSE curriculum while adapting teaching styles for diverse learning needs. Develop creative lesson plans that incorporate storytelling, poetry, and cultural exchanges to foster language proficiency and critical thinking. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, using age-appropriate assessments and feedback mechanisms. Collaborate with the English department to organize inter-house competitions, literary clubs, and guest speaker sessions to enrich extracurricular activities. Keep updated on pedagogical trends and educational policies to refine teaching methods and improve student outcomes.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in English or a related field is mandatory. Two years of teaching experience in schools is required, preferably in English or a similar subject.
