Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced TGT Hindi Teacher to join our team at Narayana School. As a seasoned educator, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students in grades 6-12. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and mentoring students to achieve academic success.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Hindi to students in grades 6-12, promoting language skills and cultural understanding.
- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Develop and implement extracurricular activities that promote language skills and cultural awareness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessments.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Hindi language and culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field, along with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certification. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi, preferably in a school setting, is required. CTET or TET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
