Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain well-structured lesson plans, assessments, and student records. Collaborate with the Physics department to update textbooks, lab equipment, and teaching resources.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities related to science and physics. Ensure students grasp fundamental concepts while encouraging curiosity and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Physics. Experience in teaching Physics to students in grades 9 to 12 is preferred, though recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.
Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate for government school eligibility, though Asian International School follows its own recruitment standards. A degree in Physics or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Bengali, are required for effective classroom interaction. Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational software is beneficial for modern teaching practices.
Compensation
